How many of us are faced with the dilemma of having to choose what to eat for dinner? How many of us are faced with the dilemma of choosing what to wear every day? How many of us when we are sleepy we would seek out our comfortable bed? Let me see some show of hands.... Wow.. a lot. Don't we just dislike having the feeling of dilemma of having to choose. | |
The society named them.........................the HOMELESS.
They eat what the society give them because they can't afford one. |
|
| When they are cold, they hugged themselves to sleep. |
In the first run which was on the Friday night, when I finished, I was tired and sleepy. I declined an offer for a late supper and immediately upon reaching home, quickly clean up, rush to my comfortable bed and soon was falling asleep.
In the second run which was on the Saturday afternoon, I felt sweaty and sticky which made me very uncomfortable. I cannot clean myself up until I was free which was later in the night.
In the third run which was on the Saturday night, I was hungry and I can feel the gastric pain began to start. When I reached home, immediately I searched for food and quickly walloping them.
if I can clean myself easily,
choose a comfortable place where I can sleep and
buy food when I am hungry,
what can the homeless do?
Tell me who is the homeless and who is the volunteer?
Homeless people are just like you and me.
So, next time when we see a homeless, don't look down on them, don't ignore them, don't think they don't exist and don't think they are not real.
When we feel hungry or wanting to clean ourselves or waiting to fall asleep...
1. think of them
2. pray for them
3. ask how we can help them.
